We give International express delivery worldwide, which comes with an online tracking number and needs a signature. Generally, your order will be shipped out within 48 hours after we receive your payment. During the peak periods, please allow us two more days for processing.


If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us as soon as possible, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in time. Shipped orders can not be revoked.


If you are going to send your item back for a refund/exchange, please contact us first. We can only exchange products or refund money if you send us the item in the original condition(with the original box and unworn outside). When sending back, please use recorded delivery. Please attach the invoice to the table – it will help us identify you and process exchange/refund faster. We refund the cost of sending products for refund/exchange only if we sent it differently than ordered or if we made any mistake. Otherwise, the customer pays for additional delivery costs. And we won’t refund you money for additional postage cost if the product doesn’t fit you or the color of the item looks slightly different than on your screen. Computer monitors vary in their reproduction of color. The Colour you’ll see on the screen also depends on your screen settings. We do our best to provide you with the best possible pictures of the product, but the color you see on your screen may be slightly different from the real color. The same applies to size description: we always follow manufacturers’ specifications. If you have any doubts, please contact us before you buy the item.


To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within eight days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number, and instructions are indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders, this process can take up to 30 days.


We work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.
